We use technical cookies needed to run the site. Some pages show Google AdSense ads: Google's advertising and statistics cookies are only enabled with your consent, which you can change at any time.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved by your browser when you visit a site. They are used to remember preferences (e.g., language) or to enable certain features (e.g., session).
2. Technical cookies (necessary)

These cookies are necessary for the site's operation and do not require your consent (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Your choices in Google's consent message are stored in the FCCDCF and FCNEC cookies (up to 13 months), which are also necessary.
3. Third-party cookies
The site integrates these third-party services:
- Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited) — ads on some pages: beach pages, guides, region, province and area pages, "sea today". With your consent Google and its partners use cookies and identifiers (e.g.
__gads,__gpi,IDE, up to 13 months) to show personalised ads and measure them. Without consent, at most non-personalised or limited ads are shown. - Google's consent message (IAB TCF certified platform) — appears on your first visit and collects your choices for Google and its partners.
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate visit statistics. By default (Consent Mode v2) it sets no cookies; the
_gacookies (up to 2 years) are only enabled with your consent. - OpenStreetMap (Explore map) — serves map tiles; does not set tracking cookies.
We don't build advertising profiles. How Google uses data on partner sites: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites; for personalisation linked to your Google account: Google Ad Settings. Affiliate links to GetYourGuide are plain links: they load no GetYourGuide scripts or cookies on our pages.
4. How to manage your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, which reopens Google's consent message. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser; some features (language memory) may stop working.
