QualeSpiaggia is free and we tell you what we know. The data is the best we can get, but the sea is unpredictable: use common sense on the beach and follow the lifeguards' instructions.
QualeSpiaggia provides aggregated weather-marine information for 102 beaches in Salento. Access to 20 free beaches and all basic functions is free and does not require registration.

Payments are managed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland). We do not see or store your card data. You will receive an electronic invoice if you enter your VAT number at checkout.
3-day free trial: after confirming the signup email, you have 72 hours of full access for free. At expiration, you return to the 20 free beaches; no automatic charge, no card required.
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the purchase of the Lifetime plan and obtain a full refund, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83. For the Weekly plan, you can cancel before the next renewal from the Customer Portal — no additional amount will be charged.
For the refund of the Lifetime plan: write to hello@qualespiaggia.com within 14 days. We proceed with the refund within 14 days of the request.
The weather and marine conditions shown are statistical forecasts derived from public weather-marine models. They may differ from local reality. They do not replace official information from rescue services, the Coast Guard, or lifeguards.
Bathing ordinances (beach closures, diving bans) are indicated as a reference but you must always verify on-site and through official municipal channels. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided here. In case of doubt about safety, do not enter the water and contact 1530 (Harbor Master's Office).
You can use QualeSpiaggia to plan your beach days, share links with friends, integrate our data into editorial articles citing the source. You cannot: resell data or Pro access, perform massive scraping, reformat the service as if it were yours, share your Pro account with third parties.
Logo, graphics, and code are owned by CAPITA srl. Descriptive texts of the 102 beaches are released under Creative Commons BY 4.0 license (you can reuse them citing the source). Weather-marine data belongs to their respective owners. Photos are owned by the authors (largely Wikimedia Commons CC).
We may update these terms. We will notify you with a banner on the homepage for 30 days and via email to those subscribed to the newsletter if the change concerns paid plans.
