Municipalities with the most sheltered beaches: Capri and Serrara Fontana. 6 of 22 beaches are sheltered from the Sirocco (SE): those facing northwest. Municipalities with the most sheltered beaches: Forio and Procida.
Among the best-known beaches: Spiaggia di Citara and Spiaggia dei Pescatori.
